We only work with buildings that have an official Airbnb partnership with their property manager. If your building qualifies, you're fully in the clear.

Every stay is covered by comprehensive insurance. We also vet every guest before they book. If anything goes wrong, we handle it — you're never on the hook.

Almost nothing. We bring our own linens, towels, and supplies. Just clear some closet space for your personal items. We handle photos, listing, setup, and staging.

Earnings are deposited directly to your account after each guest stay. No waiting until the end of the month — you get paid as guests check out.

Completely up to you. List whenever you're away — a weekend, a week, the full 5 weeks of the World Cup. Minimum is 3 days. No long-term commitment.

No catch. The 20% covers everything — photos, listing, guest management, cleaning, linens, and insurance. There are zero upfront costs, and because we get higher rates as a superhost, your take-home is still more than doing it yourself.
